2. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data
Opus Models collects personal data and processes them based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

If the candidate model gives consent for longer retention, the data may be stored for the agreed additional period. Longer retention may also take place if necessary for legal obligations, complaints, disputes, compliance, security, or evidentiary purposes.
- Data and profiles of models: during the term of the collaboration or as long as the model profile is active, and for a maximum of two years after termination of the collaboration, deactivation of the profile, or withdrawal of the relevant consent, unless longer retention is necessary for legal obligations, complaints, disputes, compliance, security, fraud prevention, or evidentiary purposes.
- Compatibility check: preferences, selection criteria, and filter choices of clients regarding Opus Models: during the term of the client account, membership, or the specific requested service, and for a maximum of two years thereafter, unless longer retention is necessary for complaints, disputes, compliance, legal obligations, security, or evidentiary purposes.
- Age verification, access control, and security data: as long as necessary to document the check, prevent abuse, ensure the security of the website or services, and comply with legal obligations, and in principle for a maximum of six months thereafter, unless longer retention is necessary for complaints, disputes, legal obligations, or evidentiary purposes.
- Financial Administration: in accordance with legal obligations (7 years)
- Complaints, claims, and disputes: as long as necessary for their handling and as long as needed for evidentiary purposes, legal obligations, or applicable limitation or retention periods.
